They have also delivered 1,400 masks to the local police of Salobreña and the municipality of Almuñécar
The fruit and vegetable company Frutas Manzano has delivered more than 2,000 kilos of food to Cáritas from Almuñécar. More specifically, 1,200 kilos of potatoes, 400 kilos of pear tomatoes, 300 kilos of loquat and 150 kilos of cherries. “Both the cherry tomatoes and half of the shipment of potatoes were donated by Frulupe and Frutas Tejerina, partner companies of Frutas Manzano,” said Alfonso García, head of administration.

This delivery was in addition to a previous one made a few days ago at the Santa Ana hospital, where 200 kilos of Costa Tropical loquats were delivered.

In addition, the company has also reached out to the Local Police of Salobreña and Almuñécar, giving them a total of 1,400 surgical masks that will serve to reinforce the protection of both municipal bodies.
